is the managing director of bannisdale consulting and she has worked both in the public and private sectors across the UK since 1988. She started her career with Cumbria County Council where she trained as a CIPFA accountant. From that she has been involved in lecturing and developing financial accounting and financial management guidance both nationally and internationally. She has also worked in the PFI/PPP world and prior to setting up bannisdale consulting she worked as a principal strategic risk management consultant with a large financial services company. She is a very experienced facilitator and trainer and has SDI accreditation that allows her to use the SDI model to develop communication styles across teams and with individuals. She is also PRINCE2 qualified.
